The Fisher Divorce Adjustment Scale (FDAS)is a test designed by Dr. Bruce Fisher as a part of his doctoral program,
which measures a person's level of adjustment to the ending of a love-relationship
or marriage. The FDAS is used extensively by people in the helping professions,
and in the "Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends" seminars. The Scale results
are divided into seven different categories, and are designed to help people
taking the test understand how they are adjusting at any point in time,
and to become aware of areas where they need more adjustment.
